SEASON III · CHAPTER 17
ARCHIVED TRANSCRIPT

Streetlights blur beside me
Silver on the ground
Every step feels quieter
Without you around
The city keeps on breathing
Cars fading into rain
And for the first time lately
I don't need to explain
No map
No destination
Just motion
Through the night
I'm walking
Without a destination
Not running
Not looking back
Just letting
The night move through me
One slow step
After the next
Windows passing by me
Like scenes I used to know
But nothing pulls me toward them
The way it did before
My hands stay in my pockets
Warm against the cold
I'm not trying to find something
I'm just letting myself go
No voice
To follow anymore
Just the sound
Of my feet on the floor
No reason
To force the road
The city
Doesn't ask me questions
It just stays
And lets me go
Maybe healing
Looks more like this
Not a moment
Not a change
Just learning
How to keep moving
Without needing
To escape
And somehow
That feels enough
No silence
Trying to break me
No weight
I have to outrun
The city keeps moving
So do I
